I don't have a gauge on my tester either. MY compressor sits at about 125-150 most of the time. I hook up the tire inflator tool to my compressor hose. Put it on the boost leak tester and let a burst of air go in, about 1-2 seconds max. If you hear a leak, fix it. If you don't hear a leak, the next step to see if all is good is to to depress the schrader valve (like you would when letting air out of the tire). If air comes out, then the system is holding air and there are no leaks.
